Manager, Growth: Active Traders

📋 Description

• Own active trader and crypto demand generation across channels like paid social (X/Twitter
• Own media buys end-to-end: plan budgets, negotiate with vendors, run creative/landing-page testing
• Own trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product: activation, first-trade, funding
• Drive go-to-market for active trader/crypto products and benefits, coordinating paid, lifecycle
• Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader/crypto funnel, partner with Analytics on
• Run consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience in paid media, owning budgets and optimizing across Google, Meta, X, YouTube
• Lifecycle experience: built/owned activation/onboarding/nurture journeys, hands-on with Braze
• Experience Marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences.
• Strong cross-functional partnering with Product, Analytics, and Product Marketing.
• Demonstrated use of AI to accelerate work.
