Build the growth testing system with instrumentation and governance.
Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Eng, Marketing, and Data teams.
Translate experiment insights into roadmap and resourcing decisions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years’ experience in Growth, leading end-to-end experiments and cross-functional projects.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines.
Strong analytical skills and experience with growth analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS.
MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
