📋 Description

• Work with leadership to understand priorities and opportunities
• Connect dots across functions to improve alignment and execution
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities
• Follow up to move strategic and operational priorities forward
• Drive accountability and ownership across teams without hierarchy
• Coordinate with teams in India and the US for smooth communication
• Support high-impact initiatives across operations, product, CX, growth, and strategy
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations and evolving business needs
• Work independently while managing multiple moving priorities
• Roll up your sleeves to help teams move faster and achieve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in strategy, business ops, PM, consulting, growth, or cross-functional roles
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across teams
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Identify patterns, connect insights, and think strategically
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Ownership mindset with bias toward action and execution
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Experience with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams preferred
• Strong problem-solving and ability to simplify complexity
