📋 Description

• Drive GTM strategic intelligence and analytics for executive decision-making.
• Develop predictive models, AI-enabled insights, and scenario analyses.
• Build frameworks and measurement for GTM, Product, AI initiatives.
• Deliver insights across the customer lifecycle to grow revenue and retention.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Revenue Ops, and Product to shape GTM strategy.
• Scale strategic intelligence with AI-enabled automation across the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Analytics, BI, Data Science, Revenue Ops, or Strategic Planning in SaaS/Tech.
• Proven ability to influence executives with data-driven recommendations.
• Strong business acumen with revenue growth, forecasting, modeling, GTM strategy.
• Translate complex analytics into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Comfortable operating independently while partnering across Sales, CS, Data Science, Product, Finance, and Leadership; includes SQL, Snowflake, Python, BI dashboards, Git, and Airflow.
