🎯 Requirements

• Deep track record hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles in high-growth SaaS, including
• Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying your own reqs in a fast paced, ambiguous
• AI builder and evangelist: AI is part of how you work every day, and you've built agents, skills
• Strong GTM network (bonus for New England) and a track record building talent communities or events
• Trusted partner to sales leaders and cross-functional partners who runs a flawless hiring process
• Strong data fluency, complex negotiation and pre-IPO equity expertise, and flawless ATS hygiene.
