Manager, HCP Promotions

📋 Description

• Lead the creation and management of HCP promotions within Allē Admin or Direct for non-Facial
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Finance, Business Technology, Analytics, and other internal
• Manage Alle In-office Rebate promo exceptions and escalations through the Source of Truth Teams
• Collaborate with internal partners across MLRC, Engineering, Master Data, Pricing, Business
• Support allowance forecasting and budget planning in partnership with Finance.
• Document approvals, promotion details, and post-launch performance to support transparency and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of field sales organizations, operations, and training.
• Experience supporting customer configuration in office tools such as Allē and Allergan Partner
• Strong understanding of analytics measurement and sales effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a strong focus on partnership and ROI.
