📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional HRIS initiatives, including implementation of new Headcount365 and
• Own and influence the HRIS roadmap by partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders to align

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security concepts, and systems architecture.
• Experience with reporting, testing, security design, and process automation within HR technology
• Demonstrated problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range $122,000 - $214,000 (full-time position).
