• Managing and expanding the team, motivating and coaching consultants
• Acquiring and delivering projects in the area of HRTC within major accounts (BU Energy &amp
• Presenting unique approaches on managing transformations and applying creativity and intelligence
• Driving developments regarding general HR consulting services such as Future of Work, Learning
• Driving change for clients to embrace data-driven and digital HR and supporting them in becoming
• Driving growth and identifying opportunities for Sia with existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Master's Degree
• At least 4-7 years of experience as a manager within a consultancy firm
• Background and experience within HR Transformation & Change
• Strong commercial skills with energy for consultancy and business development
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with ability to build expertise
• Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
