🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree completed
• At least 4-7 years experience as a manager within a consultancy firm
• Background and experience within HR Transformation & Change
• Strong commercial skills, the variety of consultancy and business development gives you energy
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these
• Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
