Manager, HRBP & Labor Relations

📋 Description

• Day-to-day HR partner for MoCap, R&I, and Global Services.
• Partner with leaders on org health, workforce planning, and staff engagement.
• Coach managers on performance, development, and team effectiveness.
• Develop recruiting strategies; liaise with recruiters on staffing and budget.
• Partner with HR COEs to deliver HR programs and processes.
• Hybrid role in the Bay Area with travel to the Petaluma studio.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HR experience in HRBP and labor/employee relations.
• Experience supporting unionized/represented populations; CBA administration preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels, from frontline to senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of applicable labor and employment law.
