📋 Description

• Lead Workday/HRIS initiatives for a growing People team.
• Manage a team of HRIS Specialists and partner with internal and external teams.
• Oversee project intake, prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.
• Ensure governance and configuration for Workday across modules.
• Collaborate with People, Payroll, IT, Finance to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HRIS or People Technology with Workday expertise across HCM, Advanced Compensation
• Proven experience leading high-performing HRIS/People Technology teams.
• Ownership of Workday delivery, governance, and SOX-compliant delivery processes.
• Strong track record coordinating internal teams and external partners for scalable solutions.
• Deep understanding of the People Technology ecosystem and AI-inspired tech trends.
