Lead HRIS strategy, configuration, and support for legacy HCM and future HR tech roadmap
Direct a team of technologists and analysts deploying and evolving digital HR tools
Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations on Domino’s HR technology roadmap
Plan and execute the transition from legacy HCM to a new HCM over 3–5 years

🎯 Requirements

7–10 years’ experience with Enterprise HCM (Workday, UKG Pro HR, PeopleSoft); PeopleSoft preferred
Proficiency writing native SQL
Bachelor’s in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent)
Experience in MIS leadership with people management
Ability to translate technical concepts for business users
Strong project management and advanced Excel skills
