Manager, HRIS

📋 Description

• Lead admin and ongoing optimization of Dayforce and HR tech.
• Lead change management for Dayforce integration.
• Manage and develop HRIS team (admin, reporting, integrations, security, support).
• Lead HR tech implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting for decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years in HRIS/HR tech, including enterprise systems admin and PM.
• Experience supporting Dayforce or another enterprise HRIS.
• Experience leading HR tech implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Leadership experience coaching or managing HRIS staff.
• Strong analytical, PM, communication, and stakeholder skills.
