Manager - HRIS, Workday - Reporting, Security, Integrations & Payroll

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll-related
• Design, configure, optimize, and support scalable Workday solutions that meet global business
• Evaluate the technical and downstream impacts of proposed changes across systems, integrations
• Recommend Workday best practices that improve system performance, governance, scalability, and
• Design and develop advanced Workday reports, composite reports, dashboards, scorecards, and
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, self-service capabilities, and effective data

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related
• Bring 8+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology and at least 5 years of advanced Workday
• Demonstrate strong expertise across Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll configuration
• Have advanced experience with calculated fields, composite reporting, dashboards, and workforce
• Possess experience supporting global HR systems and participating in complex HR technology projects.
• Demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder
