Manager - HRIS, Workday - Talent & Core HCM

📋 Description

• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday
• Configure Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications
• Manage Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, deployment activities, and related
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields while ensuring
• Provide HR and Talent leaders with workforce insights and reporting solutions that support informed

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a
• Bring 8+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology and at least 5 years of hands-on Workday
• Demonstrate strong expertise across Workday Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, and
• Have proven experience developing advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and
• Have experience supporting global HR organizations and operating effectively within complex
