📋 Description

• Lead and grow a four-engineer team in Madrid with mentorship.
• Guide Code Coverage into an AI-powered system using production data and LLMs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in AI and agentic engineering; curious about LLMs and autonomous systems in dev workflows.
• Experience leading an engineering team as tech lead or manager; develops engineers.
• Strong leadership with interpersonal skills; able to lead high-performing teams and set priorities.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; drives execution with clear value hypotheses.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Go; large-scale distributed systems; willing to stay close to code and on-call rotation.
• Strong product sense and communication; collaborates with product managers, customers, and stakeholders.
