📋 Description

• Lead a polyglot team of 4-8 library engineers.
• Own team delivery: planning, milestones, reviews, on-call rotation.
• Set product direction with Product Management across App & API Protection, Workload Protection
• Stay technically close to work; contribute code where it matters.
• Build relationships across language teams, product, backend, frontend.
• Shape team identity and ensure accountability when problems occur.

• Experience managing engineers; backlog ownership and delivery.
• Senior software engineering background with strong judgment.
• Proven track record coaching engineers to grow.
• Cross-team communication; align with many stakeholders.
• Experience building libraries, SDKs, or runtime software.
• Pragmatic product-engineering approach; trade-offs vs customer impact.
