📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, delivering accurate and timely orders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals, regular coaching/reviews, and a
• Design and run case and queue management to consistently meet or exceed SLAs and customer
• Serve as the point of escalation for complex orders, exceptions, and policy approvals; drive
• Drive data-driven accountability and strategic insights by developing, monitoring, and analyzing
• Partner with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Sales to improve order experience and policy

🎯 Requirements

• A demonstrable background in global people management that is aligned with our mission and core
• Deep knowledge of Order Management and Quote-to-Cash systems and workflows, including CPQ, pricing
• Extensive experience in Order Processing and Quote to Cash operations. Preferably with experience
• Innovative and creative thinker with demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in a clear and
• Exceptional leader with a verifiable track record of operational rigor by evaluating complex issues
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
