• Lead and manage SDRs, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting individual

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development
• At least two years of SDR management experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling, beyond managing
• Proven track record of leading a high-performing inside sales team and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation, prospecting workflows, and sales development
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
