📋 Description

• Lead IAM initiatives from planning to implementation and ongoing ops.
• Coordinate IAM delivery incl. platform eval, vendor engagement, and planning.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Translate security and business needs into IAM strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and executive-level project updates.
• Oversee identity lifecycle, access requests, reviews, and privileged IAM.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years IT experience; 7+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• 7+ years leading IAM teams or enterprise access programs.
• Proven IAM initiatives from implementation to ops.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder workshop skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Develop IAM strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Knowledge of IAM governance and security best practices.
