📋 Description

• Own credit and collections for the B2B Retailer & Ads portfolio.
• Lead a team of collectors and credit analysts (FTE/BPO) remotely.
• Drive collections performance, credit risk management, and SOX controls.
• Improve AR close cycles, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Partner cross-functionally with retail, ads, and partnerships to resolve issues.
• Scale AR operations through process discipline and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in AR/credit/collections, with 2–3 years in people leadership.
• Proven track in developing teams: goal-setting and coaching.
• Cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder influence.
• Strong SOX knowledge: controls, audits, and financial standards.
• Analytical skills: financial statement analysis and credit risk.
• AR approvals experience: credit limits, write-offs, refunds, and payment plans.
