📋 Description

• Oversee Deal Desk for EMEA, UK&I, France, DACH, Benelux and Mexico.
• Design policies and processes to support sales and complex deals.
• Hire, manage and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
• Be highly visible and contribute to Samsara's performance and success.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales, Ops or Revenue Ops.
• Experience negotiating complex deals.
• Work with senior management and enterprise customers to distill concepts.
• Proficiency in CRM, CPQ and CLM tools; ERP familiarity.
• Ability to hire, manage and develop talent; lead high-performing team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
