📋 Description

• Lead a hybrid ML/Backend team delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Define strategy for identity and conversion signal modeling systems.

• Establish ML and backend best practices for data, models, and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building and deploying large-scale ML systems.
• 2+ years as engineering manager or tech lead.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent.
• Nice to have: experience with ads conversion attribution/identity matching/ads ranking.
• Proven leadership across ML and software with multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, data science, infra, and partner ML teams.
