Manager II, Sales Development

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently achieve quota, balancing daily activity
• Drive mastery of sales methodologies (including the COM Framework), qualification techniques, and
• Leverage and optimize the SDR tech stack—including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Nooks and
• Test, evaluate, and scale new prospecting strategies, using empirical evidence and performance data
• Directly contribute to hiring, onboarding, and new-hire enablement programs that accelerate SDR
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement to align outbound

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3+ years of SaaS leadership experience managing SDR or BDR teams, with a proven track
• You bring personal experience as a top-performing SDR along with a data-driven, goal-oriented
• You are an expert in sales methodology, market segmentation, and competitive positioning, capable
• You bring hands-on experience building and customizing reports, filters, and dashboards in
• You have owned or directly contributed to hiring, new-hire enablement, and ongoing career
