• Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed Core Infrastructure team, raising performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including 2+ years directly managing software
• Experience leading, developing, and raising the performance of an established engineering team.
• A strong technical background in production infrastructure, cloud platforms, or distributed systems
• A track record of leading complex technical initiatives and translating strategy into measurable
• Strong communication, technical judgment, and the ability to create alignment across teams.
