📋 Description

• Ensure and continuously improve the quality of commercial data.
• Harmonize KPI, dashboard and management reporting across relevant teams and business units.
• Conduct analyses, e.g. of field force interaction plans and multichannel customer journeys.
• Define appropriate KPIs and measurement frameworks for pilot projects and new marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers on the continuous development of integrated omnichannel and

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business, health economics, life sciences, data/business analytics or a
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or
• Several years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Insights, Omnichannel, Strategy or
• Strong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical processes, customer journeys, and KPI and
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
• Experience in Immunology and/or Finance is advantageous.
