📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Implementation Manager team
• Ensure delivery aligns with client timelines and objectives
• Coach, develop, and review remote team performance
• Optimize workflows and documentation standards
• Collaborate with Product, CS, and other teams
• Manage risks and drive scalable delivery outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of management or team leadership
• Experience leading SaaS implementation/delivery teams
• Proven ability to manage remote teams
• Strong PM skills for complex initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
