• Drive medium to large scale manufacturing process improvements.
• Lead ramp-ups and improve manufacturability and assembly.
• Serve as technical, functional, and projects lead for IE.
• Plan and lead IE projects across cells/lines to boost throughput.
• Mentor the IE team and manage cross-functional projects.
• Optimize labor cost via process improvements and cost/benefit.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in engineering (IE, EE, ME).
• 6+ years CI experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and group presentation skills.
• Multi-tasking; lead a team to meet concurrent deadlines.
• Proficient with SAP, SAP HANA, Snowflake, O9; Tableau, Excel.
• Track record driving process and cultural change.
• Minimal travel 0-5%.
