• Driving medium to large scale process improvements within manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum BS degree in an engineering discipline (i.e. IE, EE, ME)
• Minimum 6+ years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills to interface with employees at all levels of the organization
• Group presentation skills required
• Possesses superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to lead a team to meet concurrent project
• Well versed with data systems (SAP, SAP HANA, Snowflake, and O9) and data manipulation and
