📋 Description

• Lead, coach, develop, hire, onboard, and retain a team of Forward Deployed Engineers while creating
• Set priorities and allocate capacity across multiple partner engagements, enabling the team to work
• Establish a repeatable engagement model from qualification through build, validation
• Guide the team in building production MongoDB integrations, application capabilities, migration
• Ensure engagements produce reusable architectures, implementation patterns, tooling, documentation
• Coordinate with Solutions Architecture, Solution Validation, Technical Services, Sales, Product

🎯 Requirements

• Strong people-leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, performance management, career
• 10+ years of experience in software, systems, platform, product, or solutions engineering
• Strong technical understanding of production software, distributed systems, application
• Experience working directly with ISVs, partners, customers, or external engineering teams and
• Experience building reusable engineering capabilities, reference implementations, integration
• Willingness to travel for partner engagements and key team activities
