📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for government certifications (FedRAMP, CJIS)
• Collaborate with teams to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, HIPAA, PCI DSS
• Translate regulatory needs into scalable product capabilities (IAM, encryption, audit logs, access controls)
• Define requirements for FIPS-compliant crypto modules and government deployments
• Own sovereign cloud roadmap (ESC, KSA) and future regions including Five-Eyes deployments
• Establish long-term enterprise security strategy across global regulated industries

What You Bring

• 8+ years in product management, with cloud infrastructure, platform, security or enterprise SaaS products
• Deep FedRAMP understanding and experience operating compliant multi-tenant cloud services
• Strong technical background in AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience with IAM, encryption, key management systems, audit logging, and access controls
• Familiarity with GDPR and data residency requirements
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs across engineering, security, compliance, legal, and GTM
