📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a hands-on IT Security Engineering team.
• Deliver internal security stack and Zero Trust deployment strategy.
• Drive Customer Zero initiatives, deploying platforms ahead of market release.
• Coordinate cross-functional security projects with IT, networking, endpoints.
• Define and monitor enterprise IT security standards for networks, endpoints, apps, and cloud.
• Contribute to Zero Trust design: policy, access, SSL decryption, segmentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT security engineering, with 2+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience with Zero Trust solutions: identity, RBAC, network segmentation, posture checking.
• Cloud architecture/security expertise; OS fundamentals (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives and large-scale tech rollouts.
• Strong written/spoken communication; translate technical work for executives; US citizenship required.
• Demonstrated curiosity with AI tools and deploying new tech to improve workflows.
