Lead end-to-end learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, microlearning, and blended programs.
Conduct training needs analysis and translate business requirements into learning strategies.
Create instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning blueprints.
Collaborate with SMEs to convert complex content into engaging learning.
Guide graphic designers and eLearning developers during course development.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
5-7 years of Instructional Design experience
Experience in corporate L&D environments
Exposure to learning analytics and evaluation frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
