Manager, Integration Delivery - Professional Services

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants delivering implementations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across client projects.
• Ensure consistent delivery methodologies, docs, and best practices.
• Serve as senior escalation point for client/internal delivery issues.
• Partner with integration solution consultants to align deliverables with design.
• Monitor utilization, productivity, and development; manage capacity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery.
• 2+ years leading a team of consultants.
• Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics.
• Experience with integration platforms and APIs, middleware, or iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
