📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of integration consultants on implementations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across client projects and workstreams.
• Ensure consistent delivery methods, documentation, and best practices.
• Serve as senior escalation point for delivery issues.
• Partner with solution consultants to align deliverables with design.
• Monitor utilization and support career development for consultants.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services or systems integration; 2+ years leading a team.
• ERP integration experience: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationships.
