📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across client projects.

• Monitor utilization and development, aligning capacity with demand.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services or systems integration; 2+ years leading a team.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• APIs, middleware, and iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
