📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of integration consultants for implementations.
• Oversee daily ops and performance across client projects.
• Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Escalate client and internal issues related to scope and execution.
• Partner with solution consultants to align deliverables with design.
• Monitor utilization and development, ensuring capacity planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in professional services or systems integration delivery; 2+ years leading a team.
• ERP integration experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Proficient with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet.
