📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants responsible for delivering
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of consultants across multiple client projects and
• Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and integration
• Serve as a senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues related to integration
• Partner with integration solution consultants to ensure alignment of consultant deliverables with
• Monitor consultant utilization, productivity, and professional development, ensuring capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants.
• Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is strongly
• Experience with integration platforms and concepts (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions like
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing
