🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing internal, corporate, or franchisee communications
• Proven success managing modern internal communication tools and multichannel project plans
• Exceptional ability to tailor tone and format for different audiences
• Track record of translating complex operational logistics into simple copy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of content management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
