📋 Description

• Develop and execute an impactful internal communications strategy in alignment with business goals
• Operationalize repeatable communications deliverables and programs to ensure consistent quality
• Lead point of contact for the intranet/Omnia, partnering with teams and individuals across the firm
• Gather, benchmark, and summarize employee feedback, including a biannual employee pulse survey
• Cultivate engagement through transparent and authentic communications, expanding messaging to

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in internal or corporate communications
• Proven experience in implementing communications initiatives that inspire and engage employees
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including tailoring content in various
• Proficient in creating communication products across multiple channels, including PowerPoint
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and functional leaders
• In-depth understanding of internal and corporate communications best practices
