Manager, International Compensation & Benefits

📋 Description

• Lead the Compensation and Benefits domains in the international region, covering over 15 countries
• Collaborate with global NiCE Centers of Excellence to design and implement comprehensive
• Design, implement, and communicate all Compensation and Benefits programs within the region
• Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive and attractive packages
• Lead the design, communication, and administration of benefits programs
• Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefit plans and ensure regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• B.A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting)
• 7+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience in a global software company
• Experience in regional C&B management, leading country-specific benefits programs
• Experience in design, implementation, and communication of C&B programs
• Experience in educating, mentoring, and training business leaders and HR professionals on C&B
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures
