📋 Description

• Lead regional payroll team across APAC and other jurisdictions.
• Drive on-time payroll, tax payments, and statutory remittances globally.
• Design localized workflows that scale with global consistency.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to automate payroll products.
• Serve as escalation point for complex payroll inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in international payroll ops (EOR/PEO/HR Tech).
• 2+ years leading regional/international payroll teams.
• Strong knowledge of APAC payroll tax regs and international contractor compliance.
• Experience optimizing payroll software and global platforms.
• Advanced Excel with data analysis and financial modeling.
• CPP/CIPP or regional equivalents; payroll tech product experience a plus.
