Manager, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Own earnings preparation: lead materials, scripts, and Q&A.
• Read the market: understand investor sentiment and analyst expectations.
• Analyze and interpret investor feedback and research.
• Act as thought partner to IR VP on messaging and perception.
• Bridge FP&A and IR to translate operating trends into investor insights.
• Develop and mentor the Investor Relations Analyst.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in equity research, investment banking, management consulting, strategic finance, investor relations, or similar analytical fields.
• Strong command of financial statements, operating metrics, valuation frameworks, and public company disclosures.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial and market information into clear insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment.
• Desire to mentor and develop a direct report; prior management experience not required.
