📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and service excellence.
• Oversee delivery of investor services activities to meet client SLAs.
• Provide technical expertise across investor services incl. capital activity, reporting, AML/KYC.
• Build relationships with clients, investors and internal stakeholders.
• Review investor transactions, distributions and communications for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor deliverables, timelines, procedures and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master's or professional qualification
• 6-10+ years in Fund Services or similar, with managerial/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of investor services, AML/KYC, fund operations; complex client management.
• Proven leadership, coaching and high-quality delivery skills.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with stakeholder communication across levels.
