📋 Description

• Drive execution across Capital Markets initiatives, keeping workstreams aligned.
• Own governance by improving visibility, accountability, prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Legal, Ops, Treasury, and Compliance.
• Manage investor-impacting escalations, identify risks, remove blockers.
• Design scalable operating mechanisms and governance frameworks.
• Partner with leadership to improve readiness for new investors and products.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or investor operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience driving operational execution in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
