📋 Description

• Lead and develop a small IT team, setting priorities, providing coaching and feedback, and creating
• Lead day-to-day operations of the IT department, staying hands-on with employee support through
• Own key software platforms and IT environment, ensuring systems are reliable, well-managed, and
• Lead and contribute to IT projects that improve workflows and employee experience, including
• Help shape and grow AI tooling practice across 7shifts, while building knowledge and self-service
• Partner with Security, Development, and business leaders to evaluate, standardize, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and developing an IT team, including coaching, providing regular feedback, and
• Hands-on IT expertise in a fast-moving SaaS environment, supporting Mac environments
• Familiarity with tools and systems including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues
• A practical, adaptable approach to ambiguity, with the ability to make thoughtful decisions
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks and
