📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the IT and helpdesk team, setting performance targets, managing workload, and
• Own the company's cybersecurity posture across endpoints, applications, identity, and networks.
• Oversee network infrastructure — LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity — ensuring high
• Drive automation initiatives using Python scripts and tools to reduce manual tasks, improve
• Oversee device lifecycle management, IT asset inventory, and enterprise device standards.
• Coordinate with global IT teams on Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and cloud

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or IT operations, with at least
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking — routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN, and
• Hands-on experience with firewalls and network security platforms such as Fortinet, Palo Alto
• Experience managing Okta, Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
• Working knowledge of server and virtualization technologies — VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and
• Understanding of ITIL processes — incident, change, and problem management.
