Manager, IT Service Delivery & Enterprise Applications- Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

📋 Description

• Lead IT Service Delivery and Enterprise Applications; translate priorities into workstreams.
• Own end-to-end service performance, including employee experience and SLA delivery.
• Establish cadence to review stale work, delays, escalations, and continuous improvement actions.
• Partner with IT Ops, Endpoint, Identity, Security, and owners to define support boundaries.
• Drive shift-left via training, runbooks, knowledge articles, and repeatable troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-functional projects and incidents; provide status, impact, risk updates to IT leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading IT Help Desk and enterprise applications support.
• Experience leading remote, multi-layered support organizations with direct reports.
• IT service management knowledge: incident, change, knowledge, escalation.
• Experience with SaaS/enterprise apps (Salesforce, NetSuite, Google Workspace, Okta).
• Experience using Jira Service Management and Confluence for queues, SLAs, reporting, and dashboards.
