Manager, IT SOX PMO

📋 Description

• Lead IT SOX compliance for ITGCs and ITACs as SME.
• Partner across functions to assess SOX readiness for new systems and processes.
• Maintain and enhance SOX docs: risk/control matrices, flowcharts, inventories.
• Coordinate IT control walkthroughs; identify gaps; oversee remediation.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors; provide docs and guidance.
• Review SOC reports; oversee testing; drive automation and AI risk considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience in IT audit and SOX; strong ITGCs/ITACs; COBIT and COSO.
• Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CIA, or CISSP.
• SaaS environments experience.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance platforms; AuditBoard a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management; experience with auditors and cross-functional teams.
