Manager, IT SOX PMO

📋 Description

• Own IT SOX program; lead ITGCs and ITACs.
• Support the Senior Director and strengthen GitLab's IT SOX program.
• Improve processes and automate control activities.
• Facilitate IT control walkthroughs and remediate deficiencies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors through the SOX cycle.
• Review SOC reports and oversee testing with contractor support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, accounting, or related field.
• IT audit and SOX experience; ITGCs/ITACs; COBIT/COSO knowledge.
• CISA, CPA, CIA, or CISSP certification.
• SaaS industry experience.
• Proficiency with governance, risk, and compliance tools; AuditBoard a plus.
• Strong judgment, communication, and problem solving; AI familiarity.
